01 Orders & shipping
How long will my order take?
Pieces in stock ship within two working days. Made-to-order tailoring is hand-finished over four to six weeks — you will receive a progress note at cut, fit, and finish.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to 42 countries. Duties and taxes for EU, UK, US and Japan are included in the price at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Complimentary shipping on all orders over $300. Under that, a flat $12 applies domestically and $28 internationally.
02 Returns & exchanges
What is your return window?
30 days from delivery, unworn and with tags attached. Made-to-order tailoring is final sale, but we offer one complimentary alteration.
Who pays for return shipping?
First return on every order is free. Subsequent returns incur the outbound shipping fee.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — request an exchange from your account page. We hold the replacement for seven days while your return reaches us.
03 Materials & care
How should I wash my linen?
Cold hand-wash, no wringing, dry flat in shade. A drop of mild soap is enough.
Do you repair damaged pieces?
Yes. Send it to the Istanbul atelier and we will mend buttons, re-line linings, and re-thread buttonholes at no charge within the first year.
04 Sizing
Do you offer tall or petite fits?
Six core pieces are offered in two inseams. Made-to-order tailoring is cut to your exact measurements.
How does your sizing run?
True to size, with a slightly roomier chest on the blazer and a longer rise on the trouser.
